Personal Information Requests (PIPA)

​​Under Bermuda’s Personal Information Protection Act 2016 (PIPA), you have the right to:
 

• Access the personal information we hold about you

• Correct any errors or omissions

• Block, erase or destroy information we no longer need

• Stop us from using your information for marketing
   

To make a request, fill in the form below and provide enough detail for us to find the information you’re asking about. To protect your privacy, we may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on the request.
 

We will confirm we’ve received your request and reply within 45 days. If we need more time, we’ll let you know.
 

If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Bermuda (PrivCom) at privacy.bm.
