The founders of Vio have fifty years of combined experience working in numerous roles across various industries in Bermuda, Canada, and the US. Our experience has given us a unique perspective on business consulting.

Florence is the Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of VIO. A senior leader with three decades of experience in the financial services industry.
Florence’s experience has prepared her to bridge the gap between strategy and execution. Florence specializes in large-scale Mergers & Acquisitions, software development initiatives, reengineering, and strengthening operational processes. She is passionate about empowering others through mentoring, coaching, and training.
